Payment

We ship to addresses across India and select international destinations. Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout.

• Domestic Shipping: Orders within India are typically delivered within 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
• International Shipping: Delivery timelines for international orders vary by country and may take 15–30 business days.
• Dispatch: Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be shared via email once your order is dispatched.
• Delays: SSD Books is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or natural calamities beyond our control.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the delay or loss is directly caused by our error.

• Eligible Returns: Damaged, defective, or wrong items sent by us. The book must be unused and in its original condition.

• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Exchange: In most cases, we offer a replacement instead of a refund where the same title is available in stock.
